The do it yourself pest control products and supplies listed on this website are only available for purchase in the United States. You Do It Pest Control, LLC will ship orders within 24 hours of receipt unless the item is backordered. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. All standard shipping is free of charge within the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and APO shipping addresses. Orders will be shipped via ground delivery by the US Postal Service or UPS. Additional charges apply if Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three-Day Select shipping is desired. Call 678-261-8888 to place an expedited order. Some insecticide concentrates, aerosols, etc. cannot be shipped to Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, New York, Vermont, or APO addresses. It is against air regulations.  All aerosols must be shipped by UPS Ground. They cannot be shipped by US Mail or UPS air. 

There will be a $30 charge to locate the package for delivery if there is an incorrect address.  We will attempt to contact you if the address in question appears incorrect to avoid such charges.  However, if there is an incorrect shipping address submitted online and our shipping carrier charges us, we will pass the charge along.

BACKORDERS

You Do It Pest Control, LLC makes every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. If any of the items you ordered are not available for immediate shipment, you order may be divided into multiple shipments as we will ship products that are in stock. Your will be notified by telephone or email of the estimated shipment date for items on backorder. Charges will not be applied to your credit card until the item is shipped to you.

RETURNS

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Apply the product according to the label for optimum results. If you are unsure about product application technique, please email customerservice@youdoitpestcontrol.com or call us at 678-261-8888 for advice before using the product.  

In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within five days of receiving your order for a refund. Sorry, we cannot accept open containers or packages for returns. A credit refund will be given upon the return of items less shipping cost if the product was shipped free to you. We deduct our shipping cost for free shipping incurred and a 10% restocking fee. Please call us during our business hours if you have any questions about products or product usage as returns may be costly. We recommend sending returns to us by UPS or insured receipt for your protection.
